ATA Carnet/Export Documentation Administrator

This is an office based full time role working at our Head Office in Egham, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this newly formed carnet team. A full training programme will be provided.

Details:

  • Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30

  • 20 days holiday + Bank holidays

Role will include:

  • Creating and submitting ATA carnets based on the clients requirements

  • Providing quotations to clients

  • Updating the Carnet log sheet

  • General administration tasks

  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email

  • Working efficiently and accurately in a fast paced and time sensitive environment

Skills required:

  • Good eye for accuracy and attention to detail is essential

  • Strong customer service and organisational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Can adapt quickly to new systems

  • Good time keeping

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
