TRANSLATIONS FAQ

What is the processing time for an Export Translation?

The current processing time for Export Translations is approximately 24 hours, although this will depend on how many pages of documentation require translation and the complexity of the language that they are being translated from / into. We do offer expedited translations that will be available within a 24 hour period, but these are priced accordingly and must be made with your initial request.

What is the current cost for an export translation?

The price for any translation that we provide for you will be on a per order basis, unless it’s a repeat of a previously requested translation. We predominantly price our translations on a per page basis, however in order to quote you accurately, we would advise you to send us a copy of the documents prior to the translation being arranged.

Do you offer Certified Translations?

We are fully equipped to offer Certified Translations, a hardcopy of the certified translation of our official translation partners paperwork will accompany a printed version of the completed translation that we have arranged for you.

Can I cancel a translation request once it’s been submitted for translation?

In the unforeseen circumstance that you require a translation request to be cancelled after making the application with us, we would usually need to know within an hour of your original request being made, as our translation partners will begin working on your translation immediately. If the cancellation request is made outside of that timeframe, then please be advised that the full cost of the translation will be charged.

What languages do CDN offer translations for?
